While cleaning my son’s bedroom one afternoon, I noticed a small, pale object tucked beneath the bed. Its curved shape and slightly darkened end immediately caught my attention.
At first, I couldn’t tell what it was. Part of the object was hidden in the shadows, making it difficult to identify from where I was standing. Its unusual appearance prompted me to take a closer look rather than immediately assume what it might be.
I briefly considered several harmless possibilities. It could have been part of an old toy, a household item that had been misplaced, or something that had accidentally been carried indoors from outside.
