At first glance, the hospital scene looks fairly ordinary. Several objects are visible, but one of them is cleverly blended into the surroundings, making the puzzle much harder than it initially appears.
A pen is easy to notice near the desk, while another can be seen in the doctor’s pocket. A flower sitting in a pot also stands out once you begin examining the lower part of the scene.
The real challenge begins when you try to locate the egg and the apple. Many people naturally scan the walls, floor, doorway, and people in the room, expecting the missing objects to be placed somewhere obvious.
However, the puzzle is designed to reward careful observation rather than speed.
