The Duke and Duchess of Sussex stunned the world in 2020 when they announced their decision to step down as senior royals and move permanently to the United States. Since then, they have settled in California with their children, Archie and Lilibet, building a life far removed from royal duties.
Harry’s Connection to the UK
Despite their departure, Prince Harry has made several solo visits to the UK in recent years, including attending his grandmother Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in 2022 and reconnecting with his father, King Charles III, after his cancer diagnosis.
