The cabin had gone completely quiet.
Mike stared at the small speaker above his seat, his eyes wide with curiosity.
My wife looked at me.
I looked at her.
Neither of us had the slightest idea what the captain was talking about.
The pilot continued.
“Mike, you and your parents were told this was going to be a very special trip. And that’s absolutely true.”
